Scouting’s Original Island Adventure

Located on the adventurous and historic Santa Catalina Island off the coast of California, Camp Cherry Valley offers a variety of unique activities. Some of the most popular include kayaking, world-class snorkeling, small boat sailing, canoeing, scuba, swimming, hiking, archery, and rifle shooting. At Camp Cherry Valley there is no shortage of fun and unique opportunities for Scouts to explore.

The Cherry Difference

The slogan for our staff is “Where we make a difference.” To us however, it is not just a slogan, it is our mission. Since 1923 we have made a positive difference in the over 1 million youth who have attended our camp, many returning as staff. The unique location of our camp provides the opportunity for a life changing experience and memory they will cherish for a life time.
